
Systema (along with other similar MA) has a tendency to be misunderstood as a "soft" and unrealistic art because a major part of the training, especially for beginners, is spent getting rid of tension, controlling ego and working on your breathing.
Here's a good short sample of what training can look like once movements are free, ego is in check and the natural efficient flow is expressed.
Two of those guys are actually brothers and I've seen another video of them training together, very impressive.
